Summary
The post holder has responsibility for clinical quality, to include clinical governance, audit, procedure development, education and risk issues, acting as first line support to the Associate Director of Operations, deputising as required. They will support CQC inspections and transformation work as part of the AMH senior team. The individual will need to be highly motivated and have positive effective interpersonal and change management skills to achieve the service development agenda, within a partnership culture. The post holder will be required to work as part of a 24 hour on call rota This role has the responsibility to lead the EIP, CRT and AI Service, facilitating developments arising from local and national targets and in partnership with commissioners, Local Authorities and other stakeholders. The post has day to day responsibility for the management of EIP, CRT Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. The cost of the DBS application is £26.40 (standard) or £54.40 (enhanced), this cost will be deducted from your salary over the first 2 months of employment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. An annual fee of £16 per year applies.
