Hyde is looking to recruit a Customer Liaison office to deal with customer complaints.

Property Services at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home whilst carrying out all repairs.
As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be working within the property services function to respond to customer complaints relating to property repairs and maintenance
Key Responsibilities of a Customer Liaison Officer
Receive, resolve and process inbound complaints, from multiple channels (including web and social media)
Provide an exceptional service to customers and be able to diagnose repairs where possible
Provide administration support for agreed tasks
Draft correspondence to residents
Undertake complaint investigation and management
Book in repair appointments
Adhere to all policies processes and procedures
Skills and Experience Required
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The ability to stay calm and re-assure customer who are complaining
Must work well under pressure, and be able to deliver to tight deadlines
