Summary
We are seeking a proactive Fleet Support Technician to help keep our e-bike service running smoothly. This field based role focuses on ensuring that units across the network remain available, safe, and well distributed to meet customer demand.
Location: Glasgow City area, based out of G5
Rate: £12.71 per hour
Hours: up to 40 hours per week (includes weekend working)
Annual Leave: 28 days pro-rata (including statutory holidays)
What You’ll Do:
• Replace power modules and carry out basic on site repairs
• Deploy, transport, and rebalance units across the service area
• Perform in field quality checks and re park displaced units
• Recover units found outside the operating zone
• Record completed tasks using mobile tools
• Communicate politely and professionally with the public and clients
What You’ll Need:
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to self manage
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Comfortable using smartphones/tablets
• Experience in logistics or field operations (desirable)
