ROLE: Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Reading
SALARY: 45k basic, 50k OTE + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30. 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30 – 12.30
Flame Recruitment has a Reading based client who is looking for an experience Vehicle Technician for their dealership.
As a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic , you’ll safely prepare customers’ cars for the road ahead.
DUTIES:
• Working as part of a team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Working accurately and skilfully to ensure industry standards and guidelines are carried out.
• Identifying and diagnosing additional work requirements on vehicles
• Accurate completion of all service and repair paperwork
• Carrying out PDI & MPC checks on all vehicles
YOU:
• Have NVQ level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• MOT trained would be desirable but not essential
• Organised and have good attention to detail
