Summary
We’re Hiring – CCTV Survey Report Writer / Office Support
Markyate, near St Albans (Hertfordshire)
Salary: From £27,600 per year (depending on experience)
Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join the team at Total Drain Care Ltd, primarily producing CCTV drainage survey reports from our office in Markyate.
Drainage experience is not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
• Producing CCTV drain survey reports
• Preparing and sending RAMS to clients
• Communicating with clients via phone and email
• Liaising with drainage engineers to review CCTV surveys
• General office support and administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
• Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Confident communication with both clients and team members
• Reliable and motivated with a positive attitude
During the first 3 months, there will be some overtime required to spend time in the field alongside our engineers to gain hands-on experience and understanding of drainage surveys.
