Summary

Commercial Property Solicitor – Norwich / Hybrid Working

A commercial law firm is looking to expand its Commercial Property team with the appointment of an additional Solicitor in their Norwich office.

The firm’s property department has built a strong reputation as one of the leading specialist teams in the region.

As a result of this top rate reputation, the team continues to attract a consistent flow of high-quality and diverse work including matters such as commercial property acquisitions and disposals, development projects, landlord and tenant work including leases and licences, and property finance transactions for clients operating across a variety of sectors.

The ideal candidate will have upwards of 2 years PQE gained within a recognised commercial real estate team at a reputable law firm. Applicants should be comfortable handling a range of commercial property matters and keen to further develop their expertise within a supportive and well-regarded team.

In return, the firm offers an excellent overall benefits package, including:

Competitive salary depending on experience

Performance-related bonus and profit share opportunities

Up to 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Private healthcare cover

Generous employer-matched pension contributions

A wide range of wellbeing initiatives and employee benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a respected commercial firm in the Norwich area.

The team offers excellent career progression prospects and places a strong emphasis on supporting the professional development of its lawyers.

Having previously recruited for this firm across multiple departments, I have seen first-hand the positive impact their training, support, and progression opportunities can have on long-term career development.

I would highly recommend this firm to commercial property lawyers who are considering their next career move in the East Anglia area.
