Summary

ellenor is a charity and a specialist palliative care provider for adults and children in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley, and for children across the London Borough of Bexley. The Organisation has In-patient, Community, Wellbeing and therapeutic services at Northfleet.

Join us for an exciting opportunity to take on one of two key roles as part of ellenor’s Art Trail during the We’re Going on a Bear Hunt campaign this Summer. https://dartfordbearhunt.co.uk/ We are seeking two passionate and driven shop managers to drive our fundraising efforts and create meaningful connections with our community. You will lead on generating income and delivering exceptional customer experience whilst ensuring smooth retail operations, strong commercial performance as well as building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective supporters ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Essential requirements for the role include:
· Proven retail or customer-facing supervisory experience, ideally within a fast-paced or seasonal environment.

· Demonstratable experience working to budgets, sales targets and KPIs with the ability to interpret performance data to drive commercial outcomes.

· Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and engaging visitor experience.

· Self-motivated, reliable, trustworthy and able to work flexibly to meet the operational needs of the hubs and a dynamic campaign.

· Experience of working alongside and co-ordinating volunteers
