What You'll Be Doing:
• Delivering focused support to pupils across core subjects as a Classroom Assistant
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with children with a range of learning needs
• Collaborating with expert teachers and SENCO to drive pupil progress
• Implementing evidence-based interventions and contributing to EHCP targets
• Creating a stimulating, safe, and joyful environment where every child thrives
