Summary
You will play a key role in supporting children aged 0–4 years during their most formative stage of development. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a calm, secure and stimulating environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and emotional security.
Main key responsibilities are:
Act as a key person, building secure attachments with babies and their families
Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences in line with the EYFS
Follow respectful care routines
Support children’s physical, emotional and cognitive development
Maintain accurate observations and assessments
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety procedures are consistently followed
Work collaboratively as part of a professional team
Contribute to creating an engaging, enabling environment
