We are recruiting for a company based in Birmingham, they are looking for reliable Class 2 drivers to support the operation delivering and collecting pallets across the midlands.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing 5-8 palletised deliveries per day across the Midlands region
* Occasionally carrying out afternoon collections from customers
* Safely loading, unloading, and securing palletised freight
* Using an electric or manual pump truck when required
* Ensuring all paperwork and delivery records are completed accurately
* Providing excellent customer service when dealing with customers at delivery and collection points.
* Following all company procedures and UK road safety regulations
Requirements
* Valid HGV Category C Licence
* Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
* Experience in multi drop deliveries preferred
* Comfortable handling palletised freight
* Good communication skills and a professional approach with customers
* Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
