Are you an organised and customer-focused individual with a passion to deliver outstanding Sales through outstanding Service?
Sharps Furniture Group, the UKs leading provider of fitted furniture, is seeking a skilled Showroom Demonstrator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience in our showroom.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the product selection process.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team, offering product knowledge and support to drive sales and meet targets.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying updated with the latest trends in bedroom furniture.
Showroom Presentation: Ensure that the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and representative of our brand image.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, preparing reports, and handling documentation.
Requirements:
Previous Experience: Not necessary as full training given.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines where required.
Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of the Furniture Industry and a willingness to learn about our product offerings.
Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and address their needs.

£15375 for 3 days per week basic + commission & bonus payments
