Summary
About You We are seeking an experienced senior operational leader who can bring: Significant experience working at a senior or corporate level within a large, complex organisation (NHS experience desirable but not essential). Demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and develop multi-disciplinary teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of NHS policy, elective standards, governance and performance frameworks. Highly developed analytical, negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge and drive improvement. Proven financial management expertise, including budget setting, monitoring and delivery of efficiencies. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues and engage effectively at all levels. A commitment to modelling and championing the Trust values Collaborative,Compassionate and Innovative. A masters degree or equivalent experience, along with evidence of continued professional development, is required.
