Summary
About You Essential Experience & Skills Experience in a healthcare or similarly complex operational environment at junior management level. Strong understanding of NHS performance standards (RTT, Cancer Waiting Times). Experience managing performance issues and delivering change. Excellent analytical, communication and influencing skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure. A strong team player who can build relationships, motivate others and lead by example. Qualifications Degree (or equivalent experience). Evidence of continued professional development. Knowledge of health service management, change management and workforce redesign.
