Gofal Cymru Care Limited is a leading provider of specialized residential care, support, and rehabilitation services for children and adults with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, acquired brain injury, and mental health needs. THE ROLE:

The Corporate Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth, efficient, and compliant running of Gofal Cymru Care. The role provides high‑quality organisational, administrative, and governance support across the company, ensuring accurate records, well‑coordinated processes, and clear communication between teams and senior leaders.

A central part of the role is assisting with and overseeing core people functions, including coordinating recruitment activity, supporting the delivery and tracking of staff training, and ensuring a consistent, welcoming, and well‑structured onboarding experience for all new starters. By maintaining strong systems, reliable documentation, and responsive administrative support, the Corporate Administrator helps Gofal Cymru Care uphold its values, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver a positive, professional experience for staff, partners, and the individuals we support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the Corporate Team, Senior Leaders and Service Teams with administrative tasks.
Assist in HR casework, including disciplinary investigations and hearings.
Assist managers with HR queries and investigations.
Help ensure compliance with UK Employment Law, Care Inspectorate Wales, and Social Care Wales standards.
Maintain accurate records, matrices, and documentation in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate, prepare for, and minute a range of meetings, ensuring actions are captured and followed up.
Assist with internal reporting processes, ensuring information is collated accurately and submitted on time.
Support with the organisation’s recruitment processes.
Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure safer recruitment standards are followed throughout.
Coordinate onboarding for new starters, ensuring all checks, documentation and induction activities are completed.
Maintain accurate and compliant staff files and onboarding records.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking staff training, ensuring compliance with organisational, CIW and Social Care Wales requirements.
Maintain training records and support managers to monitor mandatory training completion.
Liaise with training providers, book courses, and ensure staff receive timely reminders and updates.
Support the development and distribution of induction and training materials.
Provide high‑quality administrative support to the corporate team, senior leaders and operational teams.
Manage shared inboxes, internal communications, and document flow across the organisation.
Support the maintenance of digital systems, databases, and reporting tools used across Gofal Cymru Care.
Assist with general office coordination.
Act as a professional point of contact for staff and external partners.
Ensure communication is clear, timely, and aligned with Gofal Cymru Care’s values and standards.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Essential:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades A–D or equivalent)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
Respect for confidentiality and data protection
Positive and proactive mindset
Desirable:

A Levels or equivalent qualifications
Previous experience in a HR, Health & Safety and busy office setting
Understanding of basic HR functions or employment law
Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Interest in the social care sector
