Summary
We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Lindisfarne Court - a purpose-built home supporting 13 adults with physical and learning disabilities.

What this role offers
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in the smooth running of the service by:
Providing hands-on, person-centered support
Offering day-to-day guidance to support workers
Supporting the Service Manager and Deputy Manager with key operational tasks
Helping to maintain high standards of care, documentation and compliance
Supporting individuals with complex health needs using a positive behavior support approach
Ensuring each person’s care plan is meaningful, up-to-date and truly reflects their goals
Promoting independence, wellbeing and opportunities that make each day matter
Your leadership, curiosity and drive will help us deliver a service where people can genuinely thrive.
What we’re looking for
You’ll bring both experience and heart to the role:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care
Experience supporting vulnerable adults
Confidence supporting people with complex health needs
Experience developing and reviewing personalised care plans
A track record of motivating, supporting and developing team members
Strong understanding of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry
Positive behavior support experience
Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and occasional nights
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, general systems)
Full driving licence and vehicle (desirable)
