Summary

About me I am a 50 year old man living with mental health difficulties, I am Bi Polar, have Multiple Personality Disorder and Emotional Personality Disorder. I have Type 2 Diabetes and limited mobility due to Rheumatoid Arthritis.
I share my home with my dog Chardonnay who is very important to me, she is an emotional support dog.
I manage my mental health with medication and support from the Mental Health Team.
Hours and rate of pay 2.5 hours per week (Sunday) – paid at £12.71 per hour + cover for team absences, holiday/sickness.
Location Wisbech – PE13
DBS/Checks Confirmation of Enhanced DBS check
Right to Work and references will be needed.
What you would be doing… Supporting me with general household tasks, keeping my home tidy & clean, some laundry & preparing meals from scratch.
Some support with paperwork, making appointments, I may ask you to accompany me to some appointments.
The person I would like… You will need to be comfortable around dogs.
If you have some experience of mental health difficulties that would be great but is not essential.
It is essential that you are a kind & caring person, someone who will encourage and motivate me in the areas where I need support.
You will be working as part of a team so it is important you have flexibility to cover team absences with suitable notice.
