Summary
Part time roles available within our domiciliary team. Please note we are not offering sponsorships at this time.
Proline Care are looking for caring and motivated individuals to join our team of carers to provide support and care in individuals homes. As care is tailored to each individual, no day is ever the same. We provide care and support to long term clients and also provide reablement care for clients returning home from hospital.
Proline Care provide full training and paid shadowing as part of the induction process, previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with a variety of daily tasks depending on their individual needs, including:
- Providing personal care
- Supporting with meal preparation
- Supporting with household chores
- Observing and reporting changes in clients’ health, behaviour, or wellbeing
- Assisting with medication administration
- Supporting in the community
- Maintaining accurate and updated records of care
Requirements:
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Clear DBS
