Plumber & Multi‑Trade Operatives
SMG Property Maintenance – Established 1989 | Based in Eastbourne
SMG has been proudly serving East Sussex since 1989. We are an established Eastbourne‑based company delivering repairs and maintenance services to independent living schemes, social housing providers, and universities across the region.
Due to the award of a new long‑term contract, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced, reliable operatives to join us.
Plumber – Bathroom & Wet Room Installer
We are looking for a skilled Plumber with experience installing bathrooms and wet rooms.
The ideal candidate will be confident in:
- Full bathroom and wet room installations
- First and second fix plumbing
- Framing and preparation works
- Tiling and finishing
- Working independently to a high standard
Experience across multiple trades is a strong advantage.
Multi‑Trade Operative
We are also seeking a versatile Multi‑Trade Operative capable of carrying out a range of repairs, including:
- Roof repairs
- Brickwork
- General property maintenance
- Responsive and planned works
A broad skill set and a proactive, problem‑solving approach will be key to success in this role.
Working Hours
40 hours per week
Monday to Friday
