Summary
Job Description:
BRS are currently recruiting for an experienced Joiner to work with a reputable housebuilder on a residential development in Chorlton, Manchester. The role will involve carrying out a variety of joinery tasks on new build properties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Installing internal doors, frames and architraves
Fitting skirting boards and stair components
Installing kitchens and other finishing joinery
Completing second fix joinery work on new build homes
Working closely with site management and other trades
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
Valid CSCS Card
Previous experience working on new build housing sites
Own tools and PPE
Ability to work independently and to a high standard
Good reliability and timekeeping
