The successful applicant will;
Have an in-depth knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and EYFS statutory framework
Have a strong understanding of systematic synthetic phonics and its effective delivery
Lead the Early Years Foundation Stage, driving forward initiatives such asandnbsp; to develop handwriting, fine and gross motor skills, and oral composition using evidence-based approaches such as the Little Wandle Handwriting scheme.
Deliver high-quality teaching that inspires curiosity and confidence in your class, providing a rich and varied curriculum tailored to individual needs.
Collaborate closely with staff and leaders to embed a consistent, whole-school approach to teaching and learning.
Support the schoolandrsquo;s priorities to raise attainment in literacy and numeracy through innovative planning, assessment, and intervention.
Champion the development of childrenandrsquo;s social, emotional, and moral growth within a caring and cooperative atmosphere.
Contribute to staff development through coaching, mentoring, and leading CPD opportunities.

You are an enthusiastic, reflective educator who:

Has a strong understanding of early years pedagogy and experience leading or supporting early years teams.
Is confident in delivering high-quality teaching, with a particular passion for developing early writing skills.
