Warranty Administrator Required in Southport
Our client, a prominent motor retailing group in Southport, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team. The Warranty Administrator position is vital in managing warranty processes efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm

Duties:
- Process warranty claims, documentation, and submissions accurately, following manufacturer procedures
- Maintain precise records of vehicle and customer details
- Liaise effectively with customers, workshop teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage warranty administration tasks including invoicing and job costing
- Promote warranties, service plans, and loyalty programmes to maximise revenue
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and confidence
- Support the department’s loading process to optimise efficiency
- Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant industry legislation
- Uphold professionalism and effective communication during all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Attention to detail with accurate record keeping
- Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade or a similar environment is desirable
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and relevant legislation is advantageous
- Familiarity with computerised recording systems and trade practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
