Duties:
- Warmly welcoming customers and providing professional, friendly communication throughout their service visit
- Keeping customers informed about vehicle repair and maintenance progress
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
- Promoting additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations
- Scheduling vehicle appointments effectively and accurately
- Conducting pre-appointment calls to confirm bookings and address initial customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate customer records within management systems
- Supporting the dealership’s sales and service goals through effective upselling and customer interaction
- Contributing to a positive team environment focused on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and promote relevant services confidently
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Target-driven with a history of achieving sales or service objectives
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and manufacturer specifications is preferred
