What You'll Be Doing:
• Leading and coordinating outstanding SEND provision across the whole school
• Overseeing EHCP reviews and targeted intervention plans

• Working directly with students, families, and external agencies to secure outcomes
• Monitoring, analysing, and reporting on SEND data for strategic impact
• Mentoring new staff and championing SEND best practice at every level
