CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a growing facilities management service provider covering commercial buildings across London and surrounding areas.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 40-hour working week
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems including VRV/VRF, split units, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including system inspections, filter replacements, coil cleaning, and performance testing.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
- Respond promptly and professionally to breakdowns and emergency call-outs, minimising disruption to clients.
- Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Identify potential system improvements or upgrades and provide recommendations where appropriate.
Requirements
- Valid and up-to-date F-Gas certification
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Building Services
- Proven experience working within an HVAC / Building Services environment
- Strong knowledge of a wide range of air conditioning systems
- Ability to manage workload, time, and documentation independently
- Professional and customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Positive, flexible, and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Full UK driving licence
