An exciting opportunity to join an established Building Services company completing installation work near Cannon Street has arisen.
CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to carry out Installation work on a office fit out project. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AC installation and have a proven track record in commercial fit out.
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Removal of existing condensers, removal of old decommissioned pipework.
- Installation of new condenser onto roof.
- Installation of pipework
- Internal pipework preparations
- Installation of pipework
- Decommissioning
- Placement & Connection of new unit.
- Pressure test & evacuate system
- Removal of condenser and pipework.
- Decommissioning of 2nd system.
- Connection of new unit.
- Pressure test system
- Basic commissioning of system
- Removal of condenser and pipework.
Hours of Work / rates
- Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:00pm
- up to £280 per day
Requirements
- AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
- AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)
- F-Gas qualification (Essential)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
