What skills and experience we're looking for
The children, staff, and Governors of Cossington CE Primary are seeking to appoint an exceptional Key Stage 2 teacher to join our Year 3/4 class. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for guiding and inspiring children as they transition through these crucial years.
The successful candidate will embody Cossington’s values, recognizing and celebrating the uniqueness of every child. They will be adaptable, show strong initiative, and collaborate effectively with a broad range of colleagues. They will play a key role in developing our vibrant village school alongside a dedicated and supportive team. Applications are welcome from both ECTs qualifying in summer 2026, ECTs from summer 2025, and experienced teachers.
