Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

1. Qualifications / Training / Experience

Good general education to level 4 or equivalent and must have GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or better.

Experience of demonstrating genuine care and respect for the continued progress, achievement, and well-being of students.

Demonstrate confidence and competence with IT.

Mental Health First Aid Qualified

2. Skills and Aptitudes

Demonstrate effective communication both verbally and in writing.

Possess effective team working skills.

Ability to use initiative to find solutions to varying situations.

Inspire Learning Trust is a Multi Academy Trust based in Rotherham which also includes Oakwood High School, Sitwell Junior School, Thomas Rotherham College and Winterhill School.

Based at Thomas Rotherham College, we are recruiting two positions to support student development, including academic progress, personal growth, and wellbeing. Successful candidates will monitor attendance and progress, provide guidance and support, and deliver group tutorials and individual mentoring.
