Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
Whilst previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is preferred it is not essential however you should have a genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed. You will need excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Have patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
You will have a good standard of general education including Maths and English at Level 2 (GCSE grade C or higher or equivalent) and will have achieved a recognised teaching assistant qualification at Level 2 or equivalent.
