Summary
I am looking for an experienced IT M&A Project Manager to support major integration initiatives across EMEA and APAC. This 12‑month contract role is based in Manchester and sits within the Global IT PMO, driving delivery across multiple cross‑functional IT teams in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.
What you'll be doing
- Lead planning and delivery of IT workstreams for M&A integrations.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders to align priorities and shared‑services activities.
- Track milestones, manage risks, escalate issues, and maintain clear reporting dashboards.
- Support resource planning, financial tracking, and requirements gathering where needed.
- Facilitate problem‑solving, remove blockers, and keep teams aligned across regions and time zones.
- Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned across integration projects.
- Partner with enterprise architecture, business applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and third‑party teams.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience of managing IT projects, including M&A integration delivery.
- Strong background working with global IT teams and remote, cross‑regional stakeholders.
- Confident working with and consulting global senior stakeholders
- Experience with risk management, reporting tools
- Worked in both agile and waterfall environments.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, matrixed setting.
- Industry recognised project management certifications are desirable
- ERP experience desirable but not essential.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is beneficial.
