About You:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Physiotherapist to join our Medical rehab therapy team at Chelsea site of Chelsea & Westminster NHS Trust .
This role is suitable for someone who has done the core rotations of physiotherapy at a Band 7 level and able to consolidate those skills together to provide complex discharge planning in a high paced environment, alongside supporting junior staff. There will be exposure to a range of medical conditions and presentations and the role will cover Acute Medical wards and the frailty ward.
The role demands autonomy, clinical confidence, and sound decision-making. You should demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to multidisciplinary collaboration.

Essential Qualifications:
We are looking for a Physiotherapist with:
- Current HCPC Registration
- Evidence of on-going CPD Registration
- Evidence of continuous and current professional and academic development including attendance at post-graduate courses relevant to the clinical field
- Experience of acute care plus Discharge planning
- Experience in: acute medicine, respiratory, orthopaedics and neurology
Desirable criteria: Experience in
- Respiratory
- Neuro
- Frailty ortho and trauma
- Discharge planning
- CSP membership
