Summary
The Best Connection are currently seeking skilled Forklift Drivers to work day / night shifts for our busy client based in Portsmouth.
You will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload goods efficiently within the warehouse.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the operation runs smoothly during peak times
- Manual handling
- Racking fruit deliveries onto the aisles
- Unloading and loading ship containers safely and efficiently
- Performing routine inspections on equipment to ensure minimise risks
- Lifting heavy loads safely
- Following the health and safety procedure
What we are looking for:
- All candidates must have a valid counterbalance forklift license
- Experience is preferred
- Understanding of the warehouse procedures and systems

Day shifts: 07:00 - 18:00 paid at £15.24p/h
Night shifts: 18:00 - 06:00 paid at £17.54p/h
