Package Description
- £14.00 per hour
- 40 hours per week including weekends & evenings
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing efficient customer service across the allocated area of Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club alongside the Catering Manager.
- Lead, engage, motivate and train to create a high level of performance within the workplace while ensuring that casual employees are thoroughly briefed of expectations.
- Assist the Catering Manager in ensuring that all requirements for each event are met to guarantee the smooth running of all events.
- Ensure that all areas are set and prepared to meet with relevant requirements while overseeing and supporting all operations.
- Ensure adherence to company uniform standards across all areas.
- Ensure that all areas open are effectively closed and left clean & tidy.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for food and beverage.
- Passion for working with people.
- Exceptional time keeping skills.
- The ability to motivate and engaged employees to deliver first class service.
- A passion to develop employees by guiding and delivering feedback.
