Summary

The Safeguarding Team is looking for a resilient Wellbeing & Pastoral Mentor (28 hours per week x 39 weeks term time only) to join our service. The post supports the work of the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Manager across the college. The post is key for the successful delivery of pastoral services for students.This exciting position will mentor a caseload of students, providing a holistic wellbeing support service within the college environment. The role is key in supporting students to continuously seek to improve their safety, health and well-being, as well as their retention at College to achieve academic success.
