We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our specialist ASD Centre at Chandlers Field School. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, helping pupils with diverse needs thrive in a safe and challenging environment. As a Learning Support Assistant at LEO Academy Trust, your primary mission is to assist in the delivery of specialist provision, care, and supervision for our pupils. You will be at the heart of the classroom, supporting children with neurodiversity and social communication difficulties. What you will bring: An understanding of how children learn and experience supporting pupils in a school setting. Knowledge of the SEN Code of Practice and safeguarding procedures. The ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and pupils. A "can-do" attitude, a sense of humour, and the ability to use your initiative. A commitment to meeting the needs of every child (a Level 3 Diploma in supporting teaching and learning is desirable but not essential).
