Summary
The main duties of the job will include: Practice independently in accordance with NMC code of conduct and with reference to practice guidelines. Running nurse led clinics, Management of Chronic Diseases which includes asthma , hypertension, CHD, Diabetes, COPD, Initiate and carry out programmes of Health Promotion and lifestyle advice Cervical screening Administer adult and children's Immunisations and vaccinations, Contraceptive Services Supporting the Practice with QOF and Primary Care Standards priorities, Maintaining accurate documentation of care and utilisation of IT Infection prevention and control.
