Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive practice team. This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who is passionate about delivering high quality primary care and enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. You will be joining a welcoming and experienced team including GPs, practice nurses, healthcare assistants, pharmacists, and an excellent administrative and reception team who work together to ensure the smooth running of the practice. Key responsibilities The successful candidate will provide high quality, patient-centred care to our registered population. Duties will include the full range of general practice responsibilities, including but not limited to: Undertaking face-to-face, telephone and online consultations for acute and chronic conditions Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients in line with current clinical guidelines and best practice Prescribing and reviewing medications safely and effectively Managing patients with long term conditions and complex health needs Requesting and interpreting investigations where appropriate Making referrals to secondary care and other services when required Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous clinical records Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team Supporting the delivery of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF) and enhanced services Participating in clinical meetings and contributing to service improvement You will also contribute to maintaining high clinical standards within the practice and support a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
