Job Description

Our client is seeking adedicated and organised Student Services and First AidLeadto play a vital role in supporting student welfare at their Academy. This key position sits at the heart of their school community, ensuring students receive high-quality first aid care while helping the Student Services team provide a calm, supportive environment where students can access help when they need it.
You will lead the Academy'sfirst aid provision, responding to student medical needs,maintainingaccuratehealth and incident records, and ensuring that medical procedures are followed in line with school policies. Alongside this, you will support theStudent Services function, acting asa central pointof contact for students, staff, and families and working closely with the pastoral team to support student wellbeing.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the school, you will help ensure students feelsafe, supported, and able to engage fully in learning, whilemaintaininghigh standardsof organisation, communication, and safeguarding practice.
WhatThey'reLooking For:
- A qualified First Aider (or willingness to obtain the qualification).
- Experience working with young people or within a school, pastoral, or student support environment.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.
- The ability to remain calm and professional when responding to student welfare or medical needs.
- A proactive and caring approach with a genuine commitment to student wellbeing.
