Summary
ROLE: Aftersales Support Specialist
LOCATION: Salisbury
SALARY: £31,610 OTE
HOURS: 37.5 (but we will consider 30 hours)
Our client is currently looking for an Aftersales Support Specialist. This is based in a main dealership, based in Salisbury.
The role
• Deal and process all incoming leads and queries relating to the service and repair of customers vehicles, both via telephone, website and other digital formats.
• Process and manage outbound marketing activity to existing customers and identify and responding to their needs, using exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Upsell retention products through the use of professional sales techniques and to ensure the best experience for the customer.
About you
• You will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and have previous experience in a customer focused environment, preferably within a high-end brand.
• You will have a confident telephone manner and be able to work as part of a team and priorities workload.
