Summary
ROLE: Master Technician

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Master Technician to join our client’s reputable dealer in a Wiltshire based dealership.
The Role
• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
About You
• We’re looking for a qualified and experienced technician with NVQ Level 3 (or above) and a strong background in diagnostics and technical work.
• You’ll bring leadership qualities, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to support others in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with reputable or prestige brands is highly desirable, along with a commitment to delivering service excellence every day.
