Are you an experienced Early Years leader looking for a role that respects your time outside of the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated, qualified Manager to lead our team in Plympton.
The Rewards- Rate: Competitive
- Exceptional Holiday: 6 weeks paid holiday (above national average).

- The Rota: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Your Profile
- Qualified: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare.
- Experienced: Proven track record in a managerial or leadership role within a setting.
- Passionate: A deep understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and team development.
- Local: Based in or able to commute easily to the Plympton area.
As our Manager, you won't just be "running a setting"-you'll be shaping the educational foundation of our children and mentoring a team of passionate educators in a supportive, community-focused environment.
