Basic Salary:£37,000
Working Hours:Monday - Friday (40 hours per week - Flexi start time)

We are seeking a talented and efficient Panel Beater / Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a leading accident repair team. This dual-role position is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can confidently repair damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards while also accurately assessing damage and producing highquality estimates.
About the Role
You will work within a modern, well-equipped Bodyshop using the latest tools and techniques. Your responsibilities will span both hands-on panel repair work and the production of accurate vehicle damage assessments, ensuring an efficient, seamless repair journey for customers.
Key Responsibilities
·Carry out highquality panel repairs in line with manufacturer specifications.
·Produce accurate damage assessments and repair estimates using industryapproved systems (e.g., Audatex).
·Work efficiently in a fastpaced accident repair environment.
·Follow correct repair and assessment techniques to maximise productivity and ensure customer satisfaction.
·Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow throughout the repair process.
·Maintain an uptodate understanding of repair methods, materials, and estimating standards.
Skills & Qualifications
·Recognised apprenticeship and technical qualifications in Panel Beating or Vehicle Damage Assessment (NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA or equivalent).
·Proven experience working within a busy Bodyshop in either-or preferably both-disciplines.
·Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and estimating practices.
·ATA accreditation and an uptodate Audatex certificate are highly desirable.
·Motivated, teamfocused, and able to work to the highest standards.
·Ability to deliver both productive hours and accurate assessments, contributing to bonus earning potential.
