Summary


The post holder is a key member of the Transformation Team at LNWH to lead on and embed the principles of Continuous Improvement, high quality care, productivity and efficiency into practice across all LNWUH sites through their leadership and expertise.The post holder will actively seek opportunities for innovative improvement projects and work with key stakeholders within the specialities across all sites to promote the uptake and delivery of such projects.

The post holder will be required to support the transformation team to roll out improvement capability across all London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWUH) sites and to facilitate the integration of these methods into everyday practice in order to provide excellent care as standard. You must have an engaging personality, a belief in the need to continuously improve and the methods to enable this. You will be integral to facilitating and overseeing improvement programmes and projects, working with staff to develop pilot projects, targeted support to enable delivery of programmes, harnessing the triple aim of quality, experience and value at their core. Working across all staff groups, and seniority mentoring and coaching individuals and teams around specific local initiatives.
