Summary

Our thriving client is looking for an Administrator to join their team in Stonehouse on a full time basis as they go through their busiest period April – June (potential for extension). In this role, you will be a key member of the team, dealing with customer orders and queries, maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders through the business website and by email and phone.
- Answer customer queries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure orders and invoices are accurately recorded, keeping an eye out for any discrepancies.
- Chase up any missing information from customers.
- Ensure deliveries made on time, keeping in liaison with couriers.
- Develop and create monthly sales reports.
- Log and follow up important feedback from customers to internal teams.
- Keep in communication with suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday – Friday (fully based on site/in-office)

Salary: £12.21 per hour (wages paid weekly)
