The Role
We are now seeking a motivated and customer-focussed individual to bring cross-functional collaboration across various different areas of our business. You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, whilst delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update relevant information within the company’s in-house CRM system
Provide cover and support across departments during periods of holiday or sickness
Assist with waste verification processes
Accurately input customer orders into the company’s bespoke system
Provide administrative and customer support to both the Customer Service and Sales teams
Use Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and other internal systems efficiently
Support customers in resolving service issues and manage requests for additional products or replacement containers
Liaise with the Accounts team to resolve invoice queries
Assist with the development of the nationwide brokerage service
Complete supplier questionnaires as required
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Sales team
Prepare and maintain nationwide waste reporting
Skills and Experience
Professional and confident telephone manner
Experience communicating with account customers
Strong listening skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
Self-motivated with a proactive, “can-do” approach to work
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet challenging deadlines
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
