The Opportunity
This post represents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join Keele University’s Directorate of Global Student Recruitment and Admissions (GSRA). GSRA is responsible for delivering all aspects of the University’s work in relation to admissions, enquiries, UK and International student recruitment, widening access, applicant marketing, and market development.

Reporting to the Head of International Student Recruitment, you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of a portfolio of projects and activities that support a strong and sustainable pipeline of applications and enrolments to the University. You will also take the lead for designated markets, building and maintaining key relationships with external stakeholders internationally to drive student recruitment and support prospective students in making informed decisions.

You will represent the University at events, both in person and online, and work closely with education agents, schools and partner institutions. As line manager for International Student Recruitment Officers, you will provide leadership across this activity area and work with a high degree of autonomy.

You must be willing to work extended hours and occasional weekends, spending sometimes lengthy periods of time away from home. At times you may be required to support additional recruitment activities including supporting undergraduate and UK activity.
