Summary
We have an exciting new opportunity within the Eastbourne Family Help Pilot delivering earlier intervention, strengthening our approach so families receive timely, preventative support before issues escalate.
As a Keyworker you will deliver specialist support to families who have been assessed as having multiple and complex needs who, without support, are at risk of either needing social care intervention or of entering the care system. You will assess need and develop a plan with the family that has clear and measurable outcomes.
We are looking for candidates who:
Have the ability to engage and motivate families to change through offering intensive support and evidence-based interventions.
Are able to identify safeguarding concerns, seeking management guidance when appropriate.
Communicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing.
Are able to initiate challenging conversations with family members to challenge negative and entrenched behaviour and to give constructive feedback and praise as appropriate.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any form of sponsorship for this role currently.
