Summary

In this exciting role, you will help organisations become places where young people genuinely want to work. Funded by the Yorkshire Policy Innovation Partnership, we bring together a diverse group of young voices to rethink how workplaces operate, from policies and processes to culture and day-to-day vibes.

As a Youth Consultant, you will play a key role in developing and delivering a youth-proofing consultancy in collaboration with local employers. You will work directly with organisations to review their practices and help ensure they align with the expectations, values, and needs of young people.

Hours and Term: Maximum of 30 hours per month as and when required, which will be on a casual contract basis until the end of December 2026

Due to the nature of this role, which involves providing insight based on current lived experience of young people entering the workforce, applicants should be aged 16–25. This age range is applied as a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
