Dweet connects experienced retail professionals with short-term and long-term opportunities across the world’s leading luxury fashion houses.
We're looking for passionate Beauty Advisors that are willing to join top brands like D&G and Charlotte Tilbury on assignments for both short-term and long-term opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class customer service, engaging with clientele to understand their needs and offering personalised skincare and makeup guidance.
- Handle and display luxury beauty products with care, maintaining a premium store appearance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest collections and product knowledge of our luxury brands.
- Achieve sales goals and targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with a team to ensure clientele satisfaction.
- Handle luxury product transactions accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-street or premium beauty retail, with specific experience in luxury retail as a major advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A keen eye for beauty trends, with an understanding and appreciation of luxury cosmetics and skincare.
- Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-presented, professional, and articulate, with a genuine passion for the luxury beauty industry.
- Fashion, Beauty or Luxury (on the shop floor): 1 year (required)
