We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated person to provide personalised, high-quality care to individuals in their own homes. You will support clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication assistance, companionship, and mobility support, while promoting independence and dignity. As a trusted and consistent presence, you’ll build meaningful relationships and adapt care to individual needs. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and reliability are essential. The work is viewed as vocational as we base our visits off a client match process, the process can take 3-6 months to fill your requested hours due to the bespoke process. This does mean that there are no guaranteed hours from the offset. If you are dedicated to care and are happy to be patient to become part of a care company that wants to change the worlds capacity for care, we would love to hear from you.
