Summary
The role:
Based in Heathrow Terminal 4 to delivering complimentary express facial beauty treatments to airport clients.
What you’ll do:
Provide complimentary express facial treatments to travelers using professional, on-brand techniques
Deliver a calm, tailored experience in quick, high-quality appointments
Maintain treatment areas to a high standard of hygiene and presentation
Engage proactively with customers to enhance their airport experience and promote treatments professionally
You are:
Passionate about the beauty industry and delivering excellent customer experiences
Enjoy being hands-on and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication and customer-engagement skills; confident interacting with a diverse passenger base
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively across back-to-back appointments
You have:
NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification is essential
Experience in a hands on beauty role with exceptional customer service skills
Flexible to work shifts scheduled between 6am–8pm, Monday–Friday
Excellent communication skills and can build relationships quickly
